Pistachio crème
This pistachio crème is not only the base for a Dubai chocolate bar, but you can also add it to so many different things. Here’s how I made it:
Ingredients:
2 cups roasted pistachios
1/3 cup powdered sugar
pinch salt (unless you can only find salted pistachios, then omit the salt)
1/4-1/3 cup avocado oil (start with a 1/4 cup and add a little more if needed)
Method: In your food processor, blend your pistachios until they are crumbly. Add in your powdered sugar and salt then continue to blend. Then, add in your oil, little by little and continue to let your mixture blend until it becomes pistachio creme. Transfer to a jar until you’re ready to use
