Strawberry top syrup

Want strawberry syrup with no food dye or unnecessary additives? Here’s how I made mine that also cuts down on food waste during strawberry season

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 cups strawberry tops. Can be fresh or frozen

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups sugar

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain your syrup and enjoy. Keeps for about 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
