Homemade Marshmallows
These marshmallows are pillowy and delicious with no unnecessary ingredients. Here’s how I made them!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp beef gelatin
3 cups water
1/2-1 cups maple syrup depending on how sweet you want them
Method:
Combine your gelatin in your water and allow to “bloom” for 7 minutes
Put your gelatin water in your stand mixer bowl or a large bowl and utilize your hand mixer
Add in your maple syrup
Turn on your stand mixer and allow your marshmallow mixture to mix until it turns into a thick, white, foamy mixture. This will take like 20-25 minutes.
Grease a casserole dish with avocado oil and pour your marshmallow mixture into the casserole dish. Place this into your refrigerator to set. Then you can cut your marshmallows and they’re ready to eat!
