High Protein Ranch Dip and Dressing

This ranch dip was one of the first homemade swaps I made, and it has quickly become a household favorite. It’s extremely simple to make and the seasoning can be very versatile (I used it on my pot roast last night). Here is how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt (I think full fat tastes the best, however, I often use non fat because it’s easier to get)

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I suggest avocado oil mayonnaise)

  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning

    To make the ranch seasoning:

  • 5 parts dried parsley, garlic powder, and dill

  • 4 parts dried onion/onion powder

  • 1 part salt

  • 1 part pepper

Combine all of these into a jar and keep for when you want to make another batch of ranch dip!

To make the ranch dip, combine all ingredients into a container with a spoon. Use immediately and/or refrigerate. Use within 7 days (it won’t last that long though).

Update 3/2025: I have been tweaking this recipe over the past year and one of the biggest things I like to do to now are:

  • I now make full fat yogurt at home or purchase full fat. The additional creaminess just cannot be matched with non fat Greek yogurt.

  • I believe using herbamare seasoning in place of salt takes this dip to the next level. I will have this added to my storefront for you all incase you are wanting to try it!
